This week was 'Tomorrows Engineers' week and the Tomorrows Engineers and 'Learn by Design team visited CTK. They presented an interactive fun show and workshops to all Year 8. The theme was 'Around the World' in which students learnt about what engineers do and how it affects our lives.

Samantha in year 10 has started to deliver Karate taster sessions to her peers during PE lessons. She confidently displayed some of her black belt moves in this weeks lesson. Mrs Willacy and the girls thoroughly enjoyed Samantha's session and are very much looking forward to next week.
On 29th June all Year 8 and Year 9 took part in the KPMG ‘Work Ready’ workshops. The students worked in teams to build and dress a mannequin.
