Well done to the Year 10 students who have been involved in the skills project with Department of Work and Pensions and Lancashire Constabulary. Over the past 6 weeks they have used a range of skills to organise a charity event to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Today at the celebration event they presented a cheque for £359.67 to Cancer Research UK and the students received certificates from the Mayor of Preston Nick Pomfrett who is a former student of Christ the King.
